Our weekly Yoga and Aerial Yoga classes are ongoing, and you may join us anytime. All Yoga Passes and Memberships are inclusive to mat and Aerial Yoga classes. Class passes expire 120 days from the date of purchase. Unlimited Monthly Yoga Membership is recurring every 30 days, and you may cancel at any time. *No Refunds on unused Yoga Class Passes or Monthly Memberships.

Raindrop therapy is a healing technique using a sequence of nine essential oils clinically tested to have antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. The oils are applied to the spine of the foot using a vitaflex technique and to the clients spline, like drops of rain, brushed and gently massaged, followed with moist heat to further drive the oils into the body. Only therapeutic grade essential oils are used in this treatment.
Sound Healing is the use of specific instruments, tones, and sonic vibrations to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest and nervous system rebalancing. By placing singing bowls, drums, and tuning forks on or around the body, and then sounding the instrument, vibration is sent into the body creating an internal massage of organs and tissues. This type of massage uses the sound waves to produce gentle rhythmic pulsations and vibrations to help work out any stored tension and stress.
10-30 minute seated massage over clothing that focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, and arms to relieve tension and stress, and to improve circulation. *Available for private on-site events, call for a quote!!

A practice for beginners and experienced students focusing on building stamina, strength, and stability while exploring a variety of poses and breathing techniques.

An active style of yoga, also known as Vinyasa, that synchronizes each movement and breath in a flowing sequence of poses. This class will re-energize your body and calm your mind, as the practice takes you through a moving meditation.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga. It helps to relieve tension and improve range of motion, circulation, and flexibility through a series of poses that allow your muscles and connective tissues to relax and lengthen. Yin Yoga calms and balances the mind and body, alleviating stress and anxiety. This practice is ideal for beginners and those who experience pain and tightness, and desire a more meditative approach to yoga.

Aerial Yoga classes are a playful and versatile form of yoga~ with the use and enhanced support of a loop of fabric called a yoga hammock to re-imagine or refine traditional yoga poses. Classes take the form of a slow flowing movement series, working with the breath through a fluid sequence of poses and postures. Deepen your awareness and strengthen your core with a gentle and slow-flowing practice of aerial yoga in which the hammock is at knee height and most yoga poses will utilize the floor. Beginners welcome!

Practice a fun and playful form of aerial yoga while suspended in the air!! Explore and experience grounded, flying, floating, and inverted poses utilizing the hammock at hip height.
