Your comfort during your wellness center experience is our goal and commitment. Appropriate draping will be maintained at all times, by state law. All massage services are made by appointment only. Please note: A deposit may be required to hold appointment time, and/or a cancellation fee may be incurred for late-cancel or no-show appointments.
Use of massage modalities specific to your individuals needs, including Swedish Massage, utilizing a firm to lighter pressure on the muscles to increase blood flow, ease tension, and reduce stress; Lymphatic Massage, a gentle massage technique that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body to help remove waste and toxins from body tissue; Prenatal Massage, customized to the needs of pregnant women to ensure safety and comfortable positions for both mama and baby.
Add-on services available with a 30-min, 60-min, or 90-min massage therapy session.
Melt away tension as heated stones are used over the body, radiating deep into tight muscles and bringing you into deep relaxation.
Raindrop therapy is a healing technique using a sequence of nine essential oils clinically tested to have antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. The oils are applied to the spine of the foot using a vitaflex technique and to the clients spline, like drops of rain, brushed and gently massaged, followed with moist heat to further drive the oils into the body. Only therapeutic grade essential oils are used in this treatment.
10-30 minute seated massage over clothing that focuses on the back, neck, shoulders, and arms to relieve tension and stress, and to improve circulation. *Available for private on-site events, call for a quote!!

A practice for beginners and experienced students focusing on building stamina, strength, and stability while exploring a variety of poses and breathing techniques.

An active-style of yoga, also known as Vinyasa, that synchronizes each movement and breath in a flowing sequence of poses. This class will re-energize your body and calm your mind, as the practice takes you through a moving meditation.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, therapeutic style of yoga. It helps to relieve tension and improve range of motion, circulation, and flexibility through a series of poses that allow your muscles and connective tissues to relax and lengthen. Yin Yoga calms and balances the mind and body, alleviating stress and anxiety. This practice is ideal for beginners and those who experience pain and tightness, and desire a more meditative approach to yoga.

Aerial Yoga classes are a playful and versatile form of yoga- with the use and enhanced support of a loop of fabric called a yoga hammock or swing- to re-imagine or refine traditional yoga poses. Classes take the form of a slow flowing movement series, working with the breath through a fluid sequence of poses and postures. Come Fly Om with Us!! Deepen your awareness and strengthen your core with a gentle and slow-flowing practice of aerial yoga in which the hammock is at knee height and most yoga poses will utilize the floor. Beginners welcome!

Practice a fun and playful form of aerial yoga while suspended in the air!! Explore and experience grounded, flying, floating, and inverted poses utilizing the hammock at hip height.

This class is for beginners who have never done aerial yoga before, or are still new to the practice. Come learn the basics of aerial yoga, and explore all the fun!
