Mat yoga classes are ongoing and you may join anytime. Passes expire 90 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of the one-month unlimited pass.

All aerial yoga classes require a reservation as space is limited. Prior to attending your first AeroZen Fly class, you will be required to attend one of our AeroZen Aerial Yoga Basics Workshop. Aerial yoga passes expire 90 days from the date of purchase.

Raindrop therapy is a healing technique using a sequence of nine essential oils clinically tested to have antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. The oils are applied to the spine of the foot using a vitaflex technique and to the clients spline, like drops of rain, brushed and gently massaged, followed with moist heat to further drive the oils into the body. Only therapeutic grade essential oils are used in this treatment.

A practice for beginners and experienced students focusing on building stamina, strength, and stability while exploring a variety of poses and breathing techniques.

Ideal for students with limited movement, chronic pain, recovering from illness or injury, and for those that need to relax and relieve stress, as well as enhance overall health. Use of props and therapeutic approach.

Get a jumpstart on your day and your metabolism with a yoga class designed to energize your body and your mind!

For those that are brand new to yoga or would like to re-explore the basic fundamentals of yoga. This class combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation- all vital to developing a strong foundation for your yoga practice.
An active-style of yoga, also known as Vinyasa, that synchronizes each movement and breath in a flowing sequence of poses. This class will not only re-energize your body, it will calm your mind as the practice takes you through a moving meditation.

A series of nonimpact exercises designed to develop core strength, flexibility, and inner awareness with an emphasis on attaining correct posture and breath control.
AeroZen Float & AeroZen Fly classes are a playful and versatile form of aerial yoga- with the use and enhanced support of a loop of fabric called a yoga hammock or swing- to re-imagine or refine traditional yoga poses, and invent new ones. Classes take the form of a flowing movement series, working with the breath through a fluid sequence of poses and postures. Fly Om with Us!!
Starting Jan. 2nd
Deepen your awareness with a gentle and slow flowing practice of aerial yoga in which the hammock remains at knee height and most yoga poses will utilize the floor. No prerequisites for AeroZen Float class.
Starting Jan. 3rd
Practice a fun and playful form of aerial yoga suspended in the air while exploring grounded, flying, floating, and inverted poses utilizing the hammock at hip height.
*Aerial Yoga Basics is required before attending an AeroZen Fly class.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:45-6:45pm
This workshop is for beginners who have never done aerial yoga before, or for those that want to brush up on their skills. Come learn the basics to prepare you for one of our AeroZen Fly Yoga classes starting in January. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
